  • Once you reach out with your project details, we provide a rough estimate or request more info. We have resources we can pass along to help you see what’s available and what’s possible. If you're ready to move forward, we provide an official estimate. After a 50% deposit is received, we order materials and schedule your install dates. We complete the work within the agreed timeframe, you pay the remaining balance, and we all celebrate a job well done.

  • Yes! We offer dedicated discounts for Canadian service members, first responders, and our repeat clients. We might sharpen our pencil behind the scenes if your project is unique.

  • Railings are among the least intrusive work we do. If we’re refinishing your rail, it may be down for a few days. If it’s being replaced, it will only be down while we’re working on it. An average railing can be completed in 2-3 days and we keep a tidy space, with almost all of the cutting being done outside.
